3. Does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen

Next Level Education only profits off of the sale of our Apps, NOT in the collection, storage, and distribution of consumer personal information. Purchases and sign-in are performed through Google Play and not Next Level Education. If you email us and elect to send us your personal information, we will use it if for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. This Statement only applies to Next Level Education, LLC. and its Apps for sale on the Google Play Store and governs data and collection usage. This agreement does not govern the App store, Google Play, its user accounts, etc. By using our Apps, you consent to the data practices described in this Statement. Next Level Education reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our Apps, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the App, and/or services available through this App after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
